MESSAGE FROM THE GENERAL SECRETARY, LINDA ROLPH
Welcome to the start of your career in Santander.
Advance is a certified independent trade union, affiliated to TUC (Trade Union Congress).
I am very proud to be the General Secretary of Advance and am passionate regarding the improvement in the working lives of our members. My entire team are fully committed to striving to achieve the best working conditions for our members.
We represent members in the Santander (UK) Global Businesses in all divisions including the Retail bank, Geoban, Gesban, Head Office sites and all business areas.
Advance is fully committed to working in partnership with management at all levels of the business to achieve shared goals. While we are aware of business needs and the impact they can have on issues such as Job Security, we will continue to improve all aspects of your working life, whilst ensuring dignity and respect at work.
Our main objectives are:
